- Measure mark and cut delineations around each of the concrete beam repair areas
- Mechanically break out the spalled concrete to expose the corroded reinforcement
- Prepare the steelwork and coat using Fozroc Nitoprime Zincrich primer
- Install cathodic protection in the form of Galvashield XP anodes
- Repair the concrete using Fosroc Renderoc HB40 repair mortar
- Diamond grind to flush the repairs with the surrounding concrete
