Supply and install waterproofing membrane to basement floor and walls.
The Grace Products Preprufe 300R membrane was supplied and installed onto the floor and sump blinding layer, covering a total area of 295m². This self-adhesive membrane was carefully applied to ensure a strong, waterproof bond with the substrate, preventing any potential water infiltration.
All wall surfaces were then primed using Grace Products Bituthene Primer, following the manufacturer’s recommendations. The primer was applied over an area of 324m², ensuring proper adhesion of the subsequent waterproofing membrane to the walls.
After priming, the Grace Products Bituthene 3000 self-adhesive membrane was installed over the primed walls. This high-performance membrane was applied as per the manufacturer’s specifications to provide a seamless and durable waterproofing layer.
Finally, a protection board was installed over the Bituthene 3000 membrane upon completion of the waterproofing layer. This board serves as a protective shield, preventing any mechanical damage to the membrane during ongoing construction activities.
